I had cancelled my membership a year ago and they were still pulling money out of my account.I called the corporate office and was told it would be 3-5 days for them to process my request for a refund. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive. I got an email that said "as seen on Oprah" free trial. I filled out the information INCLUDING my credit card number and never completed the registration when I saw the amount would be $79.95 AFTER the free trial. I ordered MLB radio. First of all, it didn't work. I tried contacting them. Waited on the phone for an hour - nothing. E-mailed - nothing. On top of that, they have some deal with Sports Ilustrated where you get it for free when you sign up for MLB radio - of course, they automatically start billing you after the first few issues.
