I visited Dr. Omar on 15th January 2008. He charged me R415.03 for that visit on medical aid. He also charged me an extra R352 .94 for a visit on the 16th January 2008. I've visited Dr.Omar only once and that was on the 15th January 2008 in Atlantis, Cape Town. ( West Coast )Never been to him on the 16th January 2008. His consultation fee is normally R180.00. Watch out for Dr. Susan Gokel. Casual conversation is considered 'time spent consulting' and will be leveraged against you when you inquire about cost after the fact. My first botox visit was $350, 2nd time (for apparently less units) cost $468 and at least 4 units were dripping down my forehead while she was injecting me. Worked for Teton Transportation for 1 year, now from the marks they put on my DAC report I cannot get another driving job. It's not fair that when I started with them they didn't use DAC, during my employment they started using DAC. I wrote Regis, they refunded my money but said they could not pay me when I had to have all my hair cut (that or buy a wig) so I actually paid them to ruin my hair. I will be purchasing a new scooter for the 4th time in 5 years. I consider myself a "light" user in that I only use it 2-3 times per week for 2 hours per use. I use it for shopping, museum, or library usage. I don't think that this is a stress for a scooter. At over $1500.00 each time this is a hardship on my disability income.
