LA Fitness has a very nice gym. However, the staff is completly imcompetent. Three seperate times I notified management regarding saftey issues with their cleaning people. They like to use vacums, that are really used for vacuming corners and cracks, but they are using it to do the whole gym floor. Durning 6-8 am, which most gym goers hit that time frame. Beware of their "consultants". These are 20 something girls that really don't have proper knowledge to quote you on procedures. They billed me 9 days before my procedure and of course no refunds. When I went in for my procedure (botox and restylane) nearly everything I was told by the "consultants" was incorrect. I went through with it because I had already been charged ($1276). I have 14 days to try the product and can return it by then. The only problem is that they will not accept the return without a RMA authorization on it. I 've been trying to talk to someone on the only phone number they give for almost 2 weeks to get an RMA authorization and can't get anyone to answer. Was a former employee recently and have not as yet recieved my last check or repayment of making me pay supposed missing checks from tables. The rice bowls are reused for every new table with the same serving spoon. Also they reuse rice from tables for new dishes and feed thier employees leftovers from the table that just left. Did trial and did not like. Very jittery. I found a number somewhere but cannot find it now and company is not listed in phone directory. I was able to speak to someone in the beginning.
