I ordered the book and found the program to be too expensive to do. Colonic treatments and organic food, what a rip off. I too tried to call customer service for a RM (return merchandise number). Finally you must call the 800 number on you credit card statement, then they give you the run around after being on hold for 50 minutes and tell me that someone will call you back. I finally called again and got my RM #, sent the package back requesting a signature of receipt. I ordered a "free" sample of the diet product hoodiaphen and later found charges on my bank account for $49.95 and $149.95 for a 60 day supply of this product that I did not want. Went to Mastercuts in the mall. I was charged more than the posted price for the "Adult haircut, shampoo and Style" package. It was a shock and nothing is posted about the reason given but the haircutter told me that was only a starting price. I paid but price increases should be discussed prior to a cut. Last week I purchased "Oatmeal Raisin" cookies by Voortman at the Publix, and I was very surprised when found a metal piece of something in the package between 2 cookies. If I never noticed that metal piece and made a bite, I would probably broke my tooth... I have no clue why it was with the food, and how dangerous it might be to the health. When I orginally got a hair removal package at this company it was great. THEN the company changed ownership and became American Lasers. American Lasers did not provide costumers will high quality service or machines. The machine they currently use is a light laser that can be used for facial rejuvenation as well as hair removal.
