I ordered and received a free trial of this weight loss product. I approved a payment of $4.95 for shipping, but I never ordered or approved anything else. Now I receive a bill for $149.95, which I am not going to pay. They sent me more product and I returned it with "return to sender" on the envelope. read full review »

ProActiv Solutions
December 30, 2007
I was a satisfied customer of ProActiv acne cleansing system for years, beginning in the mid-90s (before they used celebrity endorsements). My mother got the account for me & I used the product for many years; we terminated the account only due to accumulating a stockpile of the product. Cut to this summer, when I opened an account with ProActiv for myself. There was an "Introductory Offer" of the VitaPower vitamins for $3.99, and I accepted it. There was no information about how much the product was after the "introductory... read full review »

Discount Gun Sales
December 29, 2007
On 12-24-07 I purchased a $347.51 Streamlight TLR-2 light (a component for a firearm) and when I got it home I found it to be defective. Two days later I returned to the store with it to ask for an exchange. It was pointed out to me that on the receipt it is stated "all sales are final". The clerk would not exchange the product, which he could easily done, would not refund my money, and the only help he offered was to give me the product manufacturer's address - not even offering to ship it back to the manufacturer for me. Hair Club for Men & Woman
December 29, 2007
My wife and I had a terrible experience at hairclub. The chemicals used (citric acid) to remove the glue (adhesive) caused more damage. After a initial 3 1/2 consultation, Care Credit paid Hairclub $500. for services not even rendered. Then when she went, on 12/11/07, they adhered the first cap onto her head. This is not what we were told during the consult. We both left under the impression that she was going to get silicone plugs or a "bio-matrix" that was never made clear. On 12/24/07 the glue was coming apart, on 12/25/07... read full review »

I have been a faithful KMart customer for years. I was excited about sending KMart a heart-feld compliment after the busy Christmas season. Sorry ~ That is not forthcoming! It is really sad that your company sends your customers to a site for feedback that does not exist. I do believe that would fall under "false advertising" and such things disgust me! I am trying to teach my children not to lie; look what they have to look forward to, especially from KMart! Shame on you! read full review »

American Income Life Insurance
December 29, 2007
I was hired as an agent with a life insurance company called American Income Life about three weeks ago. After laying out about $490 for licensing and travel up to Denver for a week, I started field "training" -- without any compensation. During this time, in the midst of my unscheduled and unpaid 12-14 hour days, I consistently witnessed agents lying to prospective clients AND prospective new hires. They also require new agents to learn various scripts, word-for-word, before they would release us on our own to start earning income... read full review »

I have ordered from the same KFC for the last 5 years. I am a creature of habit and ordered the traditional 6 piece chicken strip meal with all and extra honey mustard. I specifically insured the individual I called the order into knew I wanted only honey mustard and extra and he assured me that they would supply that. I never got any call back about not being able to supply what I requested. When the delivery individual arrived at my door I, again, inquired if there was extra honey mustard dressing in the delivery and was assured by the... read full review »

Morgan Jewelers
December 29, 2007
I have been taken advantage from Morgan Jewelers by a crooked salesman named Danny DelRossa. This guy told me I could return an item I purchased from Morgan Jewelers in Santa Maria California within 30 days but when I decided to take the item on his condition, he said I can't take it back. Even within 30 days he said to me, he refused and wanted me to pay for the item in full. What a scam, he was looking for his commission and lied to me. I wrote to him and Morgan Jewelers and all they did was contacted their crooked collection... read full review »

Performed Smart Liposuction on my stomach and lovehandle areas. I was given a guarantee that the areas that were done would turn out to be flat, which they didn't. I was given 1 "touchup" but only on my sides and was promised if both my sides and stomach did not turn out correctly that Dr Byrd would redo them. After numerous phone calls and emails Dr Byrd finally agreed to redo the areas but charged me $500 this time. Warning! For people that are interested in having their jewelry repaired at company, be warned. I had brought in jewelry to have the smaller diamonds replaced because they fell off because it was an antique. I got it back with the bigger diamond cracked! Then, the manager tries telling me that it was because the cleaning solution showed that the diamond has an occlusion. This jewelry was damaged in their possession and they are refusing to own up to it. DON'T TRUST THEM! I counted the pills, propoxphene, and there were 120 pills and it was suppose to be 180. I was missing 60 pills. This is the third time they have shorted my medicines. Beauty Plaza
December 27, 2007
I purchased a clip-on hair extension from Beauty Plaza for $99.99 on 12/15/07. The receipt I was issued says that returns will be given store credit. When I attempt to return the product on 12/26/07 taking the un-opened package, I was told to read a small sign at the register saying in tiny print that all sales were final on 4 types of products. One of the listed products was hair products. I was thus refused store credit. At the time of sale, no attention was called to the policy involving hair products, and there is no sign posted on the rack holding the products stating the policy. read full review »

I wanted to return some jewelery the next day of purchase and they only had an even exchange. I wanted to exchange some jewelry for a watch, yet, I did not want a seven hundred watch. They refused to exchange the jewelry for a watch and reimburse the remaining money. I think that crescent jewelers should have a better return policy to unsatisfied customers. Pain Consultants of Atlanta turned a $399.21 bill over to collections despite the fact that I wrote co-pay only on the financial agreement with the doctors and repeatedly told them this fact. These fees supposely for hospital charges when having epidural injections. December 25, 2007
I am currently (but soon not to be) a customer of UniCare. My insurance rate was $161 per year. On November 1, my rate rose to $225. On January 1, it goes up to $264. My deductible is $2,500. I have bare-bones insurance. I only go to the doctor once or twice a year for minor ailments. That is a rate increase in two months of 64%. If, in 2008, these rate increases continue, that would be an increase of 384% per year... 384% PER YEAR!!! That is 83 TIMES the inflation rate of 4.6%. 83 TIMES!!! I cannot afford this.
