It was on one of the first weekends that Fina opened in Los Altos. As I was making my purchase, I accidentally knocked over a jewelry stand near the register. One of the owners, Ron Barajas, loudly sighed and went to pick up the items that fell. I thought that was really rude of him. On an opening weekend, you would think you would be extra nice to your customers. I am a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER of Papaya. I have to say their customer service just seems to be plain BAD! I went shopping at Papaya in Concord California and the sales clerks there never helped me. The total prize has £186, supposably there was the postal strike in UK and they used that excuse saying they where posting a questionaire in Royal Mail about my delivery, after a few months in October they said they would re sent it. I ordered some cheesecake bites and they are nothing like the pretty picture makes them look like. It says nothing in the promo about the baited being deep fried. Whose idea was this? On 10/17/07 I had a full face phenol peel under conscious sedation. At 6 weeks post-peel, my face is red ( as expected) BUT the redness is streaky and blotchy all over my face. The uneven application of my peel is the cause of this unacceptable result. It is impossible to apply makeup and look presentable. This store has one big plus which is that it sells beef that is from hormone free cattle and at competitive pricing. The store on Saturday night had quite a few clerks but few customers. My complaint is that not one clerk said hello or offered any assistance. The checker was too busy balling out the poor bagger to even say "Thank you" to me.
