My son purchased a shirt to wear to a party. The shirt was a dress shirt that is folded and stacked in the store. It was his size and he liked the shirt. Today as in so many days of my life, I was putting ingredients in my crock pot so dinner would be ready when we got home. I first put in a box of stuffing mix, about a cup of onions and celery frozen, and then chicken drumsticks from the fridge. This company sells fake items claiming they are real. I purchased items for my husband to surprise him but when I gave them to him they were fake. This company gives you the biggest runaround when you try to talk to them. They also want to charge you an outrageous 30% restocking fee when you return their fake items back to them. On December 12, I ordered a Detroit Tiger sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, supposedly to be shipped in "4-5 days". I called on the 21st around 9:00 pm, as it had not yet been shipped, sat on hold for over 30 minutes, only to have somebody finally answer then, after hearing my complaint, hang up in my ear. Went to Dr Harlan for light resurfacing procedure for around mouth area. Doctor Harlan instead resurfaced around orbital eye area and burned very heavy. Had horrible burns and side effects, looked 10 to 15 years older within weeks. Dr. did not call or follow up with patient. I went to AnMed for a procedure in August, 2006. Being uninsured I had no clue what was about to happen. I received a bill for $38,725.85 for a stay of less than 24 hrs. The stent that was used cost the hospital around $3,000 (to the best of my knowledge) and they charged me $16,919.00. Not a bad profit margin. I have talked to them 12-15 times faxed them RX from doctors office 3 times talked to a supervisor 3 times at 877-797-3687 ext 2958 and I am a diabetic who still cant get his prescription filled by this company correctly it has a very bad customer service they wont even call the doctor to see if the RX is correct. The company required $300 up front to provide qualified life & health ins. leads in a zip area. Leads provided are deducted from deposit. 22 leads were provided most in bad areas, I kept protesting and asking for credit for these bad leads. Some were granted but never credited. Little Company use NCO for collections, even when patient making monthly payments. Little Company does not care about what NCO does to patients life and credit. I was referred to an Endocrinologist by my primary physician for symptoms which she could not explain. When Dr. Mandry came into the room, I had given him a list of my symptoms, which he rapidly read through, and then began criticizing me. He began claiming that I needed to see a psychologist for a stress-related issue and that I was making it all up in my head. I was pleading for help and he was telling me to get my head checked. My daughter and I thought we had medical coverage though this company, but it appears that we only pay for insurance. When medical bills are presented they are denied for payment. The list of excuses is long for this company. 80% coverage of medical bills must have only been a promise by Mid-West Life Insurance Company. It is certainly not a promise they intended on keeping. I recently dealt with Forzieri (an on-line retailer) to buy a pair of Monk Strap shoes. I went out of my way to have my foot measured so that I would know my size. Forzieri said the shoes came large and suggested I get a size smaller, they did not fit. The shoes were so large that I went down another 2 sizes and they were still too large. First of all let me tell you I am not one to complain, but when I get bad service I have to speak up. Me my husband, and my two children went to Mcdonalds for a family outing. While I went to order the food my husband went to find a seat with my two children. Upon arriving with our meals I found a high chair. I thought good, I need a high chair for my 16 month old. The return policy for this site is located under "HELP" and is very bad...they have a no return policy... They will not even exchange sizes. I have had Cigna group insurance with the IEEE for over 15 years. In December 2006, CIGNA determined that all members plus their dependents will be forced out of the group when the member turns 65, without regard to the age or health of the dependents. My 63 year wife will be forced out of insurance and into the state high risk pool. No delay time, no COBRA, just out.
