I ordered 3 Stem Cell Therapy on February 22, 2011. I DISTINCTLY recall canceling the order right away because it would not arrive in time before I left on a VERY LONG trip. I just arrived, and sure enough the box w/the products were here!!! This company has, on more than one occasion, infiltrated my address book, and sent advertisements for their products. My husband purchased 2 zoupon vouchers to attend Sparadise for a two 3 hr treatment package. This was for my Christmas present. We have been tried to contact Sparadise by phone but always have to leave a message, we have emailed them to which they have responded by asking for the actual zoupon vouchers to be sent to them. This we did, although in hind sight we should not have done so, as since then we have not heard a word from them. We completed a booking form, on-line, and have not heard anything back from them. This company got my credit card information from my Paypal account and posted fraudulent charges of around $285.00 to my Mastercard. Fortunalely Mastercard denied the charges and called me to report the fraud. I then had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I did not order any merchandise from this company. Around may 6, I ordered hair from this company and I paid $307 plus $40 for over night shipping. Today is June 10, 2011 and I have not received the hair. This company says it is not their problem. It is the problem of the shipping company. Their website says because they care about quality, they use UPS, but somehow they used FedEx. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
