Poor service, poor customer relations, four attempts for deliveries and still nothing gets done correctly. First was an order for yellow roses...they came white. I work at Walmart Supercenter in Cambridge OH. I too have been calling the Hartford everyday asking where is my money. My doctor had put me on medical leave from 8/23/06 until 01/08/07 they have denied me twice now, stating I have not been disabled beyond my waiting period. I just recently had my braces removed. It was tough having them as an adult, but when I was a kid, even though I needed them, we couldn't afford them. I am just flabbergasted. I went Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving. My daughter wanted a jacket from A&F. Her whole wardrobe is from there. I took out an AFLAC Intensve Care policy in March 06. The effective date of coverage was April 1, 2006. It is so painful that I have to write this, for I love the products at Ross, but the shopping experience is all but pleasant. I bought two pairs of trousers from Newport, and had them shortened. The first pair had a run like pantyhose in the fabric after 1 wear. Beware. This company advertises through Amazon.com and bills your credit card and then ships the wrong item. They pulled this one twice on me already. They list an item in stock and bill and ship the wrong item. Takes a month to get a credit back on your card. I purchased an engagement ring from Gemoro and a loose diamond at Spence. Gemoro set my diamond and chipped it in the process - the value of the entire ring has decreased by approximately $12,000.00 as a result of the chip in the diamond caused by Gemoro during the setting process. Workers have fallen and they do not make an accident report and do not even acknowledge that one has fallen. They have meetings and they do not pay for that time.
