This establishment has a bully staff. They treat their customers like crap and do not respect their patrons. I was rudely kicked out of this place for no reason by the assistant manager. I found bruises on my daughter and filed a complaint with the police and with children and family services, i am going through a custody battle with the father at the present. they would not even check to see the bruises. The cincinnati police suck so much. They gave a parking ticket to my g.f who is parked in front of my driveway, who has a license plate from another state, on a closed off street! They cant have a pot hole fixed to save there life. I recently ordered a royal empress tree from this company on line. What I received was a mostly dead "stick" with 1 root. there were no branches or leaves. Took over 12 months to get anywhere with my divorce; they lose documents, do not return phone calls, can't reach them when it's a true emergency. Also kept increasing my fees and charging for documents that could never be found. Does not communicate well with other attorney's or send the proper documents when instructed to do so.
