We paid them $2, 100 of a $4, ooo fee to modify our home loan. We were told it was all taken care of. To our surprise our loan company never had correspondance with them! I applied for Passport Renewal in Sept 2010 in Indian Consulate NY and I have been waiting since that time. First of all the site sucks!! I mean really sucks!! When I call them, somebody picks up the call but hangs up immediately when I say Passport status or puts the phone aside and I can hear people talking around!!
