Well not only is JTV scamming the customers, seems they have pulled some dirty actons against their own employees. Rumor has it that a class action lawsuit was filed by an ex employee. This law suit alleges that ACN doing business as JTV, etc. of wrongful termination and age discrimination alleging a "scheme" to get rid of employee with expensive health care cost. This company deals in illegal labor practices and fails to pay it's employees wages. No one receives their paychecks and are ignored repeatedly when asked. The excuse is always blamed on the clients that "fail to pay the company" or employees not "hitting the mark" There are at least 10 or more just in the last 5 months that have had to file labor board disputes. The Indiana CPS service is corrupt. They kidnap children from happy homes and get away with it everyday. They perjure themselves every time they open their mouths. No one in the state has control or accountabilty for the actions of this department.Any complaint is forwarded to the CPS to self investigate. This Law Firm is a nationwide firm and makes nothing but money off its clients but seems to have lost the first step to any business (Customer Service) I called them for some support on a matter broad casted over the television but all I received was attitude, I'm sorry that I wasted my time with them. I made a claim for a single farm payment from the Rural Payments Agency which I was entitled to. In accompanying liturature from the RPA I was informed that prior to the claim being processed I would be informed before the deadline that I would be advised of any errors in the completion of the form. I was subsequently informed after the the deadline that because of a de minimus error I would not be entitled to the money. I get 6-10 calls per day from this number. The solicitors are adamant that they have gift cards to send me and if I pay them $21.85 in shipping, I'll receive over $350 in "rewards" cards. My daughter also called and told me about this. I traced the number to Compton California but didn't call him. I did however tell her to file a police report which she did on Saturday and to call the Alaska Attorney General office on Monday. You can also notify the FTC. My bank account was summons to a Writ of Garnishment and tried to garnish a sum of up to $2100 in a claim against my husband. My husband and I have seperate accounts.
