I have seen three searate debits from my credit card in the amount of $57.21 which was to have beena one time fee for signing up for US grant kits. I have called to cancel and have generally gotten a fax # but today I reach a person of foriegn decent, While trying to speak to her the connection kept breaking in and out, Once I finally got my point across as to why I was calling she gave me an invalid Email address to request a refund which again started breaking in and out during her part of the conversation. We bought a truck in Arizona. My husband flew out to get it. I got insurance on the vehicle before he left and he had the card. Arizona will not issue a temp tag.
