I would like to share my experience with this supposedly "management" company. It is so sad that such nice apartments are not taken care of. I have no complaint about the apartments itself. Since June of 2008 I have paid over $2000.00 in eletric bills. I shut off my air conditioner in September so I would have some money for Christmas. My bill in October was ok until they double it. The second amount, which was equal to original bill, was listed as energy rate correction. I called the company and was told that in July they only charged me 14% and should have charged me 19%. Driver Payday.com said they would pay me for putting decals on my car and driving for over 1, 000 miles a month (I was promised $481 a month), but they needed me to pay for the decale $87 before they could send the first decale. They took $109 from my account rather than the $87 I had authorized and it turned up on my credit card as SPORT COMPACT PRO WILMINGTON DE. ARe you kidding me? Wow have they got the scam down great! I got charged for something I didn't buy. I am trying to contact them, with a wait on the phone of 58 minutes...WHATEVER. I went to two different ultas on three different occasions trying to get four of the o.p.i wristlets last week and were told each time they were out. Then on Sunday the 16th the day afer the sale I was in the Ulta in Edmond Okla. and low and behold they had several of the wristlets but for full price. After I complained a manager finally let me have one for the sale price but since I wanted them for stocking stuffers for my grandaughters I needed more but refused to pay full price because they should have been in stock or else a rain check given. read full review »

Terrible customer service. I ordered a garden fountain from them in the month of May and long after I'd expected to still recieve it, it arrived in October. I put it in the trunk of my car and was going to mail it back on my next trip to the post office. I was in no hurry as the company exibited no rush to fullfil my order in a timely manner. I cancelled this membership the next day on 10/08/08. my credit card was charged $1.00 on 10/10/08, $29.95 on 10/15/08 and 11/14/08. I wrote a letter to the company on 11/13/08 and asked that my credit card be reversed of the charges. My bank informed me of the charge of $29.95 on 11/14/08. My closed the account and the bank is requesting the funds of $60.90 be returned to them. I have been unable to contact anyone on the phone or online. This company is a scam. I was told that I had a 7 day trial and I cancelled on the 7th day. They went ahead and charged my account a monthly fee of $72. I never used the account and feel they were wrong to charge me. We are currently paying $2.20-$2.30 for LP for home use. I called and asked why the prices have not came down in relation to Propane nationally.
