I bought security system and paid for next day shipping and didnt recieve the main part ( the monitor). I called them and they said it was being drop shipped, so i waited a day or two, still nothing. Called again and then was transfered to shipping where i was finally told they found one in the back of wharehouse. A week later i recieved a monitor, but not the one in the picture of the kit i bought. Instead its some huge, beast of a unit, that would cost me to ship back. read full review »

Mr. Webster was RECOMENDED by my son's attorney. We paid him $1, 500.00 to help get our son moved back to Arthur Kill Correctional and to look into his sentence reduction. We were told by our attorney that he would get 6 months and is doing 3 to 9 years. Mr. Webster stopped returning our calls last month. He said he was in the process of moving and would get back to us. RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. How is it legal for these collection agencys to randomly call innocent people. I am on a do not call list but that doesn't stop them. I hope this complaint helps read full review »

This complaint against Jackson Hewitt Tax Service is not new, but ongoing ever since our 2005 and 2006 Federal and State Income Tax was wrongfully prepared. For 2005 I had to pay $1, 273.51 for overpayment of Federal Income Tax. For 2006 I had to pay $1, 609.60 for overpayment of South Carolina State Income Tax. I called to order the bag i saw on tv, there was only automated system, with no option to talk to customer service or to cancel, they ask you for credit card number, you think you finished with the order then they keep asking you if you want to upgrade, i answerd at everything with 0 it means i don't want to order anything else and I don't want no upgrade, after when i checked my statement i found out that they overcharged me, when i called them they said i orderd the deluxe bag, and if i don't want it i have to ship it back to them on my expenses. why they have to do that i don't know??? read full review »

This company is a scam, they pretend that you are already doing business with them and send you a fax order form that they say is just to renew prices but it is really a ridiculously overpriced toner order, $349 for toner that we get free from our actual supplier. When you call to try to cancel no one answers and a home phone machine picks up...real legit company right? I was on true credit.com and every since this company savings something retreaved my credit card information and is continueing to take money out of my account. I received my Readers Digest book today, and with it was a car, advising me to enter an access code for a chance to win an Ipod Touch 16 GB. It gives an address of www.rd.ca/ipodtouch, but when you go to that site, there are only complaints - no contest is mentioned and there isn't anywhere to enter the access code. Within the past month I have visited several retail stores owned and operated by Target. The first one that I visited was in the Wolfchase area, another that I visited was in the Germantown area and the last that I visited was in the Forrest Hill/Poplar area . I have had trouble regarding the billing practices Elizabeth Town Gas. They are overcharging my account, for the past 2 years and bounced a check and will not return a $35.oo late fee that I was charged.
