I have "Electric Residential Service CAP Opt D" which is a State funded assistance program. My budget plan payment has been $49.00 all year, which has always been paid on time. I have been waiting for NYCHA to complete my transfer after it has been approved going on a year now. For well over 2 years now I have been battling terrible water spots on everything the water drys on, ie shower enclosures, fixtures, coffee caraffes etc. Local dealer and manufacturer have tried to remedy the problem but to no avail. We also were tricked in a similar manner into this lease agreement. I have tried multiple times to contact them to get a copy of the so called lease that they say we signed with them. WE NEVER DID. I have a B7610 Kubota tractor. It is the same tractor a couple of my employees have, my brother and father also use the exact same tractor. We were in the Wendy's this date. They were very very slow and unorganized. We must of been in line 20 minutes and there were others who had been longer than us. I purchased a reconditioned power pak for $295.00 on July 1, 2008 ( this was my third power pak in three years) and th unit went dead in Sept. 2008. I have been a good customer and have not recieved any satisfaction on your reconditioned power paks. You need to reimburse me or send me a completely NEW unit, not a reconditioned one.
