I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided. It is three hours later and I am still waiting even though I was told that they will send someone immediately. Having mysteriously lost one of 9 parcels I sent with them their customer service chose to lie about it and claim they had delivered all 9 parcels.They changed their story about when they had delivered the parcels but simply ignored the fact that their agent's (DHL) tracking system showed that one of the parcels had not been delivered although I even sent them a print off. This company is a joke! Our company had a very urgent parcel that was needed to be delivered to Royal Swazi Sun for permits. At 8:30 they were called to come pick up the parcel for delivery the next day. They said they had no problem and it will be picked up a.s.a.p. I turned off service after closing a property due to a sale of the residence. When the final meter was read, the bill says I owe 713 dollars. Via their website, I notified EZPass that I left my tag in the car I traded in. They sent me a replacement tag (no letter or instructions attached). I mounted it. Two weeks later they sent me another tag (don't know why - no letter or instructions). I replaced the tag I previously mounted. I have since received 12 violations from the earlier tag. Apparently it wasn't functional. I should not be responsible for the earlier tag not registering. It was their error. The violations total $208.
