On 01/08/2007, i purchased some goods from Subhiksha outlet at Vishrantwadi, Pune. I handed over a credit card to billing executive for payment of goods. There the executive swiped the card for Rs 260. 69 once, after that he/she noticed that paper roll on the credit card machine was finished. Again, after putting the roll, the swiping was done (This was the second time). Now, got the credit card bill for the month of August, in that i noticed this misuse. I have read many complaints on this product. The scam is exactly the same. I ordered some sample product, gave my credit card number for the shipping charge. A short time later my credit card was charged $149.95 and pills were sent to me that I did not order. I was able to speak to someone at Pure Energy Products and was told that I signed a contract. I DID NOT sign a contract. I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse the charges after I returned the product. I have experienced that the Corelle Dinnerware set purchased some 15 years ago to have a very explosive nature. Some of the dishes exploded just sitting in the cabinet, but the last experience almost maimed my wife. Their needs to be some sort of warning sent out about this product. I started taking some yoga classes at this studio, only 1 bathroom by gender for a large number of people. Under the “loving” atmosphere there, they are always inviting to take MORE classes especially with their yoga master. This is without mentioning how young are the instructors that honestly sometimes you can feel their EGO up there. I paid care credit on time every month, so I was pretty surprised when I found out that late payment charges of 29 dollars was being applied to my bill each month. I called Care Credit and they explained to me that any payments made the during the first 5 days of a month are counted as payment for the last month. Because I made each payment at the first of the month, I was penalized! I do not feel I was adequately informed of this rule. By implementing this policy, Care Credit managed to gain 87 extra dollars from me.
