I cancelled my account with DS Waters last October 2010 because of poor service and was charged a cancellation fee, was charged $112.96 on my credit card November 26, 2010 for that cancellation fee. I set up an appointment for them to pick up the 4 empty bottles which they never pick up. On December 27, 2010 they charged my credit card with another $ 70.19! I called their hotline 1800-4WATERS multiple times to address this unauthorized charges and set up appointments to pick up the empty bottles. I went to Sears in Paramus to purchase a new car battery. After getting home with the battery, I observed that it was not a new battery (which I had paid for), but instead a USED battery. I went back to Sears to try to talk to someone, but no one cared. They claimed that it was a "mistake." It was not a mistake, it was them selling me a used item and calling it new. I tried to file a complaint at the store which was impossible. I then tried to contact the corporate office, but the website is completely unhelpful and did not allow me to find the address or emails address where I could send my complaint to. I received a Bath & Body Works Wallflower as a gift from a co-worker a couple of weeks ago. I plugged the unit in the wall and the smell was so strong that my husband complained about it. We purchase 23 boxes of LED Icicle Outdoor Lights to decorate our home for the Xmas Season. Last season (2009) worked fine; this season (2010) all we did was replace bulb after bulb to keep the lights lite. Finally we discovered that the sockets on the string of lights were corroded; causing the lights to short out and not work again. The cost of these lights were over $250.
