My bank account has been debited the following charges for something I have no recolection of. These charges were not authorized and when I call the 800 number that is referenced with the charges it says it is no longer in service. This company is ripping off people EVERYWHERE. I placed an order with them a month ago. They don't reply to emails, they have NO telephone number and the number i was FINALLY able to obtain from an online source other than their website is just a voicemail and they never contact you back. I had to contact an attorney to send them a letter and THEN they sent me an email stating they were mailing that day (4 weeks later) Was supposed to have 2-3 day shipping that I paid an additional $6.95 for yet I still haven't received the item. Despite numerous conversations with and the efforts of my local Lincare office my C-pap supplies do not come in a timely manner. Logged a call on the 18th of January to ahve my microwave repaired, 2 weeks later no response. Apparently they logged the job with the wrong branch so tha job was just cancelled. For the last month someone is going to 'call me back' but still nothing. Appliances are supposedly fixed in 24 hours or replacement unit supplied until your is fixed - and no where does it say they will remove the appliances from you premises. Terrible place to work! Tried out and worked there over a summer a few years back and had to drive all over the state for nothing to hand out fliers to people. Didn't even get paid minimum wage for the work. Spent every Saturday from June until August doing what they call "rehearsals" but were just stupid "voice exercises" and acting bits. I am receiving automated phone calls MOnday through Friday that I never signed up for, dont know who this company is, and the recording gives me no "opt out" to stop receiving these calls. Their website speaks of getting these calls free for 10 days; my calls are past 10 days...will they charge me; don't think they even have a credit card number of mine since I never requested these calls, nor have I ever heard of them. More than sufficient funds were in my account and my check was denied. There was no verification by my " picture ID". When at home and I called the company, all I heard from both a recording a personal was that this was their policy and next time "I" could call from the store. I told them that was unacceptable, I could cash a check at other stores without a problem. I just received the same answer it was there policy. They say they ship the order in 1 business day but even after 5 days of placing the order they have not done anything. and on 5th day I got a mail that the order has been cancelled. Purchase a c15A Marine engine in April of 2010. Engine was not running properly. After several trip to check out the motor and after I lost several charter trips they found a problem in the wiring harness that they installed. A few weeks later we starting getting bills for work that was under warranty. I thought this was resolved, now I have another problem the engine is leaking fuel or oil out the exhast. When looking for a store to purchase some banners for my business other than the fast guys or some other nationwide firm, I came across what I thought was only a print shop. I was surprised to learn they also offered banners and signs which some shops do. The service was great as was the price which was half that anywhere else I checked. If I had a compaint it was the fact the business owner doesn't hire a person or maybe 2 by the looks of the work being done there.
