Had ordered a hamster habitat from Petco. Fedex had it on 12/16/2010. For the next 3 days they noted they could not deliver package due to weather conditions. The weather conditions were sunny in the upper 30's. It had snowed earlier in the week but the roads had been cleared and the temperature in the upper 30's had melted all the ice on the roads. After much searching, I contracted with Eagle Van Lines at their leisure to pick up and crate two rounded-glass, mirrored corner cabinets and a dresser, and ship them to California. I got a quote by the exact number of boxes and items that I had and AFTER they picked them up...they told me that I owed DOUBLE and they would NOT ship or move it out of Georgia until I paid 1/2 of the NEW DOUBLED price..which I did. We've moved to Australia and tried to get some boxes shipped over (small boxes with personal items in). Took 6 weeks to get the account set up in the first place, then finally organised a date for pick-up - the driver never turned up. Not given any answers for this, organised another pick-up and the driver refused to take the packages as they had personal items in and Australia doesn't accept them!!! I cannot begin to explain how many lies were told by the franchise head 'Paul'. 100% customer satisfaction. Paul is a salesman and a dishonest theif of a man. They put a deep scratch in out baby grand piano. They scratched out wood floors (he claimed they only use a brush vacuum on the floors but I happened to be home and saw them vacuuming our wood floors with a 'normal' vacuum). After inputting "quatislungo" as the search criterion, I was rewarded with five links to the required file. Four of these redirected me to usenet.nl, although they all had different claims to the type of download available, and the fifth was to smaragdtorrent. I had purchased 6 Money Packs at one time. Each Money Pack had $995 dollars for a total of $5970.00. I purchased them at Wal Mart and went to load one and was successful.
