I bought directlty from Carrier Egypt at the highest price to get the best service. 2 main problems: First, the a/c is sold as 5 HP, meaning 40, ooo btu. In fact, it's 36, 000 btu only, equivalent to 4.5 hP only Second, I had a terrible experience in installation as the choice made by the sales engineer was later refused by a first technician then a second one came and accepted the first location. I paid the fee and they have not removed my information! It is still on their website. I feel very exposed and upset. Do not use ANY scrapbooking supplies with photos. No matter the brand and the cost from expensive to cheap. These inks, pens, adhesives especially will ruin any photos they are used on the same page with.
