It is very disappointing to know that you have such rule on picture taking not being allowed in any of your properties. My aunt (who is in her 50s, diabetic, blind, incontinent, etc.etc.) was recently placed in Magnolia Manor nursing home in Winona, Mississippi. I purchased an Xacto Sharpener a few months ago in 2009 and was told that I could return it to the store for an exchange if it stopped working.
