My mother was transported from a rehab facility on 2/28/07 by American Medical Response to a hospital where she died. My father never received a bill from this company. Today we received a collection agency letter (Bay Area Credit Service). In talking with AMR a bill was sent to the facility and returned. I tried to get info from her insurance comp to see if it was paid or submitted and they could not give me any info because I am not authorized and did not have her card number (we really don't have any info cause it has been so long) I don't know where to turn. In the shopping malls, the wending boys are herracing the customers with their shouts about offer prices, and more over they are banging bells and other noisy things which are irritating the customers and also scaring the kids. Greenmountainenergy has the WORST customer service. They claim for winning JD Power Associates for customer service and they really hiked the bill to a ridiculous 15.34 cents in a hot summer, of course without any notice. When I called, they put me in a "low" price of 10.94 cents plan, but when the high bill continued to come, they said it wont happen until the "next" bill. This is a scam. Once they have your money they don't even bother to deny that they can't get you more discounts than the actual website for the product can. You can go on line and get the same thing without them. We actually even found things cheaper. They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. When I called today, a message states that they have discontinued their business and there are no numbers given to be contacted. I have yet to receive my refund. I ordered two boxes of duplicate checks. The account number on the micro-encoding line is incorrect, the very last number is wrong. I have eight ouststanding checks.
