My wife and I were shopping at the Castleton mall in Indianapolis when our car was broken into. Long story short we were one of 6 to be broken into in broad daylight that day. We e-mailed the Manager on the simon web-site explaining the situation and saying we realize they are not responsible for items in vehicles. We did want to know what the mall was doing to prevent such things in the future. We received an automated response the manager was out of the office. I had my deck treated by Sealmaxx of Colorado about 5 yrs. ago. The 1st year I called and complained that it looked terrible. I was told it needed to be washed off and that they would come out and do it for me. They did and it looked a little better. Every year since it's been going down hill. U-Verse service is not yet ironed out, It will be a good service after about 5 years. I should have know something was up when the supervisor came on the line to make sure you wanted to order it. (Shauld have been a hint) It takes between 4-6 hours to install, and watch how many holes they put in your walls. Also in the day of HD, in most areas you can only watch one HD tv at a time. I received a hard tonneau cover that they delivered. The box had holes torn in it and was very beat up. It was obvious shipping damage. The tonneau cover was broken. I took lots of pictures to document the damage. I filed a complaint with them. They sent me a letter saying that they would settle of 1/3 of what the cover cost me and that I only had 15 days to accept their offer or I would get nothing. I purchased this vacuum less than a year ago. ( It has a one year warranty on it) The roller brush that spins became warped. I am trying to buy a home and when the bank pulled a credit report on me I had a entry for First National Bank, Midland Credit, with a phone number that does not work. I call it and it disconnects after 2 ring. I am trying to figure out what exactly they think I owe on. My credit report says something about a credit card but I am quite sure I never had one. The amount says $420 in one spot and $482 in another. In Febuaury of 09 i was contacted by Thomas gray in responce to a tree that needed to be cut up and processed. I agreed to do the job for $300 over the the phone, pending site inspection of the tree.
