I bought a bike from Canadian tires and the peddle threads went bad within two days of use by my son. I went back to the store and since there are no refunds or exchange on bikes, CT store took it for repair. The probelem is that the person who repairs these bikes is probably not good at it, so you are of your own to repair if they fail to repair. If you try to get it reapired outside, they charge you 30$ upfront. NEVER BUY FROM CANADIAN TIRES, COSTCO IS BETTER. In April 2006 we signed a 3 year agreement for counterforce to install and monitor an alarm system in our home. The system never worked right. The batteries were constantly going out, the inside of the panel was broken so our phone service was always going out( THANK GOD FOR CELL PHONES), the system would not arm as it said we had multiple doors open when they were closed and locked. Asked for loan modification due to the economy, self-employed builder in MI. Saxon approved loan modification, called me @ work to give me the good news, new terms %, That was in Feb. 2009, supposed to wait for "documents", then have notarized and send back to Saxon, new modified {lower payment} due April 1st2009. The first thing is the lack of any knowledgably in the marina personals minds. No one here seems to know a thing about boating or marina management. There is no systematic complaint procedure in the office so it appears no complaints to the management are addressed. The management is faulty. My father and I went to the dunkin Doughnuts and every time we got a coffee or iced coffee it taste like water. I called the store and he told me it never is like that because they weigh there coffee. i guess they grind it themselfs now. I don't think some people no how to use a weigh machine. This company is one of the most difficult companies I have ever had to deal with. They are very unprofessional on the phone and unknowledgable about the terms of the policies they sell. They mislead me as to what I would be covered for, only to deny it when I tried to make a claim. They do not cary the brands that they say they do. They will do ANYTHING to get you to sign a contract with them, which then they sell to a collection agency. They will lie to you about getting out of the contract, or that you can, because they won't let you out. Cancel them with your credit card company is the only way to get your money back.
