This company was hired to do outdoor advertsing for my company. Door hangers. They where supposed to drop in one specfic zip code due to territory restrictions. 10, 000 peices. To start they where to print my pieces. I gave them the art work...When I finally saw the pieces they where horrible. No border on one side so 4 sides had a boarder, but due to cutting corners the printed on one sheet and cut them in half. It looked nothing like the origional. I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00. And I was charged $250 for just a belt!!! I was given a number to call. I called of course they were no help to me, they were employed by sears. I ordered a pot rack from them in December 2008 for a Christmas present. The item did not say it was on back order. After an email in January I was told the item was on backorder and would be a bit. I decided to wait a bit. I continued to get a periodic email about still being on back order. Yesterday my car was AGAIN damaged by a shopping cart left in the parking lot at this Costco. Previously I called the manager when it happened and he said he could observe it on the video monitors and that they would work diligently on the problem. This company specializes in products for older or other people who may have mobility & other age related issues. They have a relationship with AARP & also QVC. And though their mission is laudable, there customer service is AWLFUL when it comes to handling a customer return. I returned a defective product, using their pre-paid shipping label on 4/15/09. I made a purchase through Oriental Trading Company online for gifts and crafts for the children I teach at my church and then Easy Saver illegally charged my account for a trial membership fee. I called the 1 800 number and told them they better have that cancelled immediately and remove the charge. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau in regards to this illegal transaction. Ever since Idearc Media started printing the Verizon Phone listings the problems started. Idearc misprinted my business phone number. The number they published turned out to be a non-working number. I lost 80% of my business. Idearc offered no apology and little resolution. Their resolution was a 15% compensation of the advertising bill and $250 toward an enhanced add the next year. I ordered two "Shoeunders" on Saturday, May 9, 2009, after seeing a TV commercial for them. It was a 'buy one, get one free' offer. Once you're on the phone, the automated ordering system asks you to purchase other items, to upgrade your order, etc. I never got an order total and read on the internet that people were overcharged. Imagine going to the post office to buy two cent stamps on the day after the increase is effective. There are twenty five people in line and only ONE person on duty. The other six service bays are unmanned. You wait in line for about twenty minutes and are then told that they are sold out of two cent stamps. I am surprised that no one has the intelligence to put up a sign. My guess is that half the people in line throughout the day will be asking for two cent stamps. I always thought Vodacom was supposed to be a service provider and provide good and adaquet service to their customers, I can name more than a hundred people in our area that struggle with Vodacom signal and who have reported it numerous times and still no answer. Everyone is changing to MTN. How can MTN have good reception here and vodacom not? My husband and I designed and purchased a new Silverback fifth wheel from Forest River in 2007. Since day one we have had 13 repairs done on the unit, all of which were factory related. 5 non water related, and 8 water/septic related. Some were fixed to satisfaction, and others still remain. I called on the 21st of April, 2009, and spoke with Mr. Bernstein Hurst about making me a new trailer. We talked about a 18' fender trailer with a 2' dovetail, with two 7k# axles with fold up ramps, rub rail, 8" channel frame and tongue. I bought a bike from Canadian tires and the peddle threads went bad within two days of use by my son. I went back to the store and since there are no refunds or exchange on bikes, CT store took it for repair. The probelem is that the person who repairs these bikes is probably not good at it, so you are of your own to repair if they fail to repair. If you try to get it reapired outside, they charge you 30$ upfront. NEVER BUY FROM CANADIAN TIRES, COSTCO IS BETTER.
