I was unaware that I would be charged for the download services that I performed. I was under the impression if I was a member of Netflix, I could watch certain movies free of charge. All I ask is for you to cancel whatever I had downloaded on my computer for those movies. I will also have my credit card changed if need be. I just wanted to add to the comments about how Breyer's ice cream made their container's smaller, but charge the same price. I called terminex to take care of temrite activity at our home, after three different cancelled appointemnts they came and quoted $1, 500.00 to take care of the problem. Again after two canceled service appointments, they finally showed up, they spent one and a half hour treating the termite. Two days later we called to let them know we still had termites flying around.
