We purchased one of the town and country frozen food packages, the cost of which was quite expensive. With this package we received a new freezer. Well, the freezer had to have an outlet for itself (nothing else could be plugged in with it). In my most recent visit to the store, this week, I was dismayed to see the compact fluorescent light bulbs prominently displayed and the old standard, less expensive incandescent bulbs basically relegated to obscure shelves. My wife and I have received several debt collection calls in an attempt to collect an alleged outstanding bill with Sears Credit Card Services. The amount they give us is $49.++ They state that they have spoken to us on different occasions and that we know about the bill and that it has been reported to the credit bureaus. At the beginning of December 2007, I purchased FOUR boxes of LED lights made by Everstar Merchandise from Sam's Club. I not only intended using them for the holidays but also year round. I have been storing my boat at this facility for over 6 months. The facility has been broken into three times, jet skis and tv's have been taken. This is a monopoly at its best. They charge a delivery and supply charge for delivering gas and electric services to customers. Get this, the delivery charge is 1/2 the amount of the supply! What other way can one get gas and electricity delivered EXCEPT via their network. If I could pick it up in my truck, I would. I rented a stretch limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th. We paid for a "meet and great" at the airport. They showed up over 1/2 hour late w/out any phone calls, I called them repeatedly. I worked for this company during last summer while taking a college class. I never received my W-2 form. When I inquired about it they wanted to charge me $10 dollars for a REPLACEMENT W2, I tried to explain that I did not loose the original and never received it but I am now having to send them the fees to get the W-2 in order to file my taxes within the timeframe. No other place that I have worked has made me pay for my W-2 if I never received the original, I even have had it faxed to me.
