Sir, I , Dr Rakesh Ponnala, using BSNL broad band service from last month under the name of my father Sri. Ponnala Ramaiah, tel no. 0870 2573442,took monthly 500 plan which has 2.5 GB limit. After checking the usage on the server, I could note clearly that the uploads and downloads I used in the month of november was 1428253 kb, which is equal to 1.3 GB, that means I havent crossed my download limit. Since we had complaints at a HOA meeting and several people works for the Taylor post office, who are on the board, we have nothing but heck with our mail. I am having consumer no. 1457 wih M/s Sharma Gas Agency, Mangal Bazar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. I have been trying hard to contact the agency on phone for booking of a gas cylinder for the last 2 months but failed. The agency's phone is either too busy or it is kept opened. The above referenced POD has been booked on November 28, 2007 at Khammam, with destination as Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh. Till this date (December 11, 2007) the same has not been delivered. Where as normal TAT for delivery for other courier services is only 2 days. Since one week I am rigoursily following it up with the local offices, they are not able trace the documents, more over they are not responding properly to the complaint. I just paid my bill and was surprised at the cost. It was over 140$! Let me explain why this bothers me. All of November, I not once turned my heater on (and yes my small 700sq ft apartment got down to 50f). It wasn't on low, I mean it was off. O-F-F. I have registered application for second gas cylinder connection at EXCEL Gas agency (Bharat Gas) Turbhe Navi Mumbai. currently I possess only one gas cylinder and since I have 5 family members, it is not sufficient. on finishing and after booking for refill of single cylinder we have to wait for 4- 5 days and creats tremendous inconvinience and monitory loss as well. on contineous chase up with agency, there is no resopnce or steriotype answer like, company authorities are not sanctioning the connection. request to look into and resolve. read full review »

I have purchased Duracell batteries in a 6 AA size batteries pack. The price of these batteries is more than 3 times as compared to normal batteries. But i bought these batteries for my digital camera thinking that it will last long. But hardly after 25-30 shots first 2 batteries got exhausted. Second 2 batteries exhausted even before 25 shots.
