I submitted an order on 11-30-10 for one item. On 11-2-10 I emailed them, not having heard from them, and ask that if the item hadnt been shipped to cancel the order. By the end of 11-2-10 still not having heard from them I again requested that they not send the order. Again still not hearing anything from them by early 11-3-10 I again emailed customer support and said to cancel the order. Mid afternoon on 11-3-10 I received email from customer support saying they had just shipped it! I purchased the item locally so now Im going to have to fight with them over the return. I have experienced numerous Duracell 9 Volt coppertop batteries being "dead" right out of the newly opened package. Batteries affected have the date stamp MAR 2014 on the side of them. I have atempted to contact the consumer line but their automated voice system does not give specific guidance in reporting 9 volt battery issues. After the voice finishes its message, it automatically disconnects the call. I live in the US and I will not be able to spend my Christmas with my parents in Thailand this year so I mailed Christmas gifts to them in November 2010. I recently transfered apartments and the representative from Greenmountain apparently entered the wrong address. So when I came home after work all my food in the refrigerator went bad and the whole time I thought I was experiencing a power outage in the building until I noticed all my neighbors had electricity. 61. The technician from suggested keying the new locks the same as the other door so there's only one key. This was very helpful as I thought I would have different keys for every lock. He even cleaned up the mess afterwards. There were a couple of times where I was confused if they will charge me extra for all those add-on services, but I taken by the surprise that that all was part of their service too and they charged me as promised on the phone. Our credit card was billed for $4.89 by this company. We did not recognize the charge so we called the phone number on the cc statement. That number is unlisted. I joined FitWorks and after 1 week of working out I got hurt. I canceled my membership, or tried. I gave them the proper paperwork for canceling that they asked for. Now, 2 months later I am still calling them to find out what is going on. They keep taking money out of my bank for membership dues, yet NO BODY has called me back. Neither the local gym nor the Corp. Office has given me a return call on the matter. So, they got my "down payment" and 2 months of dues for which I only attended 1 week. I keep getting harrasing phone calls to my work and cell number from Brad Williams 1-772-245-2107 stating I took out a payday loan last winter and did not pay it back. They said that I could loose my job they were going to ruin my credit and my Social security number. I never took a loan out then and I told them to show my proof that I did because I did not do that. IntelMove ripped me off. As soon as they got my goods they started ripping me off. First, they didn't pack in front of me then later charged me for going over the amount paid for. The did little to professionally pack (didn't take off bike tires), stole several boxes of goods and damaged many others. They also sent my goods to the wrong (more expensive) port which cost me double of the entire shimpent in the first place. I ordered Flying Noodle's 6 mth fruit delivery club. If you read their advertising it states you will receive a 5 pd box of fruit every month. However when you receive the package the post office labels the weight of the box. It is only 3 pds, each month.
