My tire had a very small nail in it that was on the outer tread about an inch from the sidewall. I got to the shop 10 minutes after they opened with 2 other people waiting. Before looking at my tire, the sales person insinuated I'd probably need a new one and that all my Continental Conitrac tires might last only 10, 000 miles (that I need 4 new tires). T Mobile is useless. I was left stranded in the middle of no-where and on the phone to them for an hour, trying to add an extra $15 to my pre-paid sim card. I ordered 90 cases of Continental Slate Persian gold tile 18X18. The tiles are terrible quality. I am a paraplegic and postponed surgery to get the tile from a single run. While we were installing there were glue spots from where the cases were glued together. There were other spots which looked similar. When we started to clean tile after installation the majority of the spots would not come off. They are actually drips from glazing sprayers. Well...I have a Kenmore Gas Grill I purchased from Sears on April 20th 2008. The 1yr warranty has since expired but I tried using the grill last night and noticed that the top above the 2 burner controls in the middle was getting very hot. I ordered a product from this co. including the S&H for Fed Ex 2 day delivery. They sent me an invoice, but never sent shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by email and multiple calls to the 800 number, which has a recording saying they're 'transitioning to a new facility' but will be back Monday (today 10/17/07). We expected what was avertised on this website, but did not get that! This site advertised that they provided certain amenities like a gas grill, clean cottage, free coffee & tea, pest free enviroment.
