A person could get a Trial Offer of these products for $7.95 each so I thought what could it hurt. I ordered and paid for flowers online, from my home in the US March 13 2011. The payment cleared March 14 2011. The delivery was for April 3 2011 to my Mother in Coventry England. The flowers were not delivered. They called 3 hours before scheduled exam to say they have 'technical issues' and can't deliver exams. Their online chat never is on, they take 3 days to answer email and I've been holding 38 minutes in a queue to reschedule. I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back. The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information.
