I could never never thought of a company will harrass a customer like this. My luggage was suppose to come within a week from Chennai to Lucknow . The website has a policy to redeem the cash earned into a voucher of any desired company. I have asked them to send me 2 vouchers for more than 2 months now. The company does not terminate your services after you issue a notice as per their policy. It confirms account closure on phone via customer service, but actually does not terminate your account & continues billing you. It then sends you a bill months ahead asking for payment & when you show them evidence of your notice & all dues paid up it forces you to pay by sending you their lawyers notice. I have a huge issue with Google and Google-bot not indexing well formatted XML (FTML). Even with out the html doc type declared, Google will still assume html and not treat the file/page as xml. Farber conversion of Winnebago vehicle as an employment center pretty much a failure. This employer is taking advantage of the 90 day trial working period that is set by MA state employment laws. NPWS in Worcester hires people, only to let them go before the 90 day period. I disputed this charge and was told by Atomic Processing Company on 10-8-10 that my mother's ck. acct. would be refunded in 10-15 days. What is my re-course?
