ABC Translations
Recently I got an English- Turkish translation job worth 207 dollars from Amanda Stotts and Paul Fullerton claiming to be from ABC translations in Los Angeles. The deal was that they would pay in two weeks after delivery, but, well, as you can guess, they never wrote back to my e-mails. ABC translations has a website with phone numbers, etc but I don't want to bother myself to pay for the international calls. Anyway, don't do anything for these people or ABC translations.
It's the first scam business I have done, so I don't know what to do if there is anything I can do, I am waiting for your ideas. read full review »

I've been seeing a number of recent ads for this program in which the ad itself clearly violates laws concerning what can and cannot be said in the course of promoting a program or company.
What do others think? Should the owner (Ashraf Mufareh) be fined for not policing his members better, or do people feel that the program is itself encouraging this illegal behavior? read full review »

Two days after my wife booked a vacation with this company, our credit card company notified us that suspicious charges were showing up on our card. We immediately canceled the card. After some investigative work, we were able to determine within a day, it was Jeffery Hirschkorn. We had the Seminole county sheriff's department arrest him. They did this after employees of the businesses he purchased goods from were able to I.D. him. Additional charges have shown up on that canceled account since he was arrested. New faces modeling agency... you will ussally find young girls and guys telling you to sign up to model FOR FREE when they dont know anythingabout the agency.
thats a big fat lie when you go there they ask you for alot of MONEY and you wait there for HOURS and HOUrs, ( iwaited for about 6 to 8 hours)just to take your picture and after that they never call you again to model for any company its a big scam so stay away

We ordered a set of Smartware Bakeware from Slymark in Hollywood via a TV ad by Chef Tony. We never got to experience the delight Chef Tony showed on TV.
We ordered one set, but they shipped two. We refused the order. They refunded our cost less $42 S/H.
This is a very unprofessional, rude company. My wife never got her Blue Smartware for Valentine's Day.

The Hart Lane Testing Center in Nashville maintains a reputation for headaches, long lines, and the never ending waiting game.
Your choices are to wait no less than four hours or to wait in line at 6 am, two hours before they open, and be able to leave an hour to two hours after opening.
If you choose to come at a time more convenient, you will either be there all day or be there for hours and then have to return another day to finish because they ran out of time.

This site is a PTC site. They suspend me just because I tried to register to their forum. They suspend me after I was upgraded and bought rented refs. They are nothing but crooks! I highly recommend you stay clear away from them. Good thing I only invested less than $5 but I fear they have done this to others beside me. I then clicked to download the program instead of having the CD shipped to me. I received an e-mail saying that my order had been processed and when it was ready to download they would email me. That was 10 days ago and I have never received e-mail instructions.
I have e-mailed them several times and there has been no response.

Many retailers (JCPenney, Herberger's, Kohl's) now price nearly everything on sale all of the time. It must be illegal to say that the item was "previously offered at", or "was", or all of the other terms they use to now offer the item at the "sale" price when it never was priced at the "original" price. Ordered a corner fireplace and damage was discovered upon unpacking, Cymax refuses to replace it as they say it was not annotated on the delivery form. A friend accepted it and I unpacked it upon arrving home from work just a few hours later. The entire back of the fireplace was damaged/broken and cracked. Called Cymax immmediately to report it. DO NOT GET ROCK CHIPS REPAIRED HERE. The do not warranty their work, so if the rock chip repair fails you are out of luck. However they will apply the cost of the repair to a new windshield. Long story short we just had 2 rock chips repaired here (small chips, smaller then a dime in size). They did not even drill into the glass nor did they seal it properly afterward!
