Never ever park your car in the Metro Plaza next to Pavonia Newport mall which has BJ's, Shop Rite, Pep Boys... Even your wife and kid are shopping in the plaza and you step out to the other side of the road where the mall is, EZ TOWING has the license to steal your car. DO NOT send your Ipod or Iphone to this company for repair. I have had a total nightmare with these people, and now I no longer have an Ipod and they will not answer phones or respond to e-mails. I bought this model range Aug 2010. I always buy Whirlpool products and have been happy with them. I had a ceramic top stove before this one and loved it. This one, however, is horrible. Long story short, had a critter die in the walls or under the house (most likely a mouse). Hot/cold weather stink was rough. Purchased this expensive ($14.99 for 16 oz) product at Bed Bath and Beyond on the clerks recommendation that it would take care of the problem. Reading the label helped me think that it would help. Even though my 90 year mother's local phone service was turned she continued to receive bill from Qwest. When the service was cancelled via phone call she was not told that she had to contact the long distance provider seperately to cancel the service. Wow, took over 3 weeks to receive a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Said they had to come from Italy. We purchased a domain and web hosting service in 2007. When the new invoice came due it stated for web hosting and domain. We paid this invoice in full September of 2008. We have the credit card statements to prove this. This company then took our money and within 30 days canceled our site and then sold our domain to another person.
