Bad company I ordered and received 3 pairs of sunglasses from go optic but one of the pairs had a broken arm. I returned the faulty sunglasses to them at considerable cost (Australia). They emailed me and claimed that there was evidence I had used a pair of pliers on the brand new sunglasses!!! I emailed them photos of the sunglasses that I had taken before I returned them which showed no evidence of pliers being used on the sunglasses and still they would not honor their own warranty policy. Twice in the last three months I have called for a taxi to take me to the airport and had a Capital Taxi arrive. Both times, I missed the flight due to flat tires. R&L required a $250 deposit then half of the total estimated cost PRIOR to moving. I faxed 2 separate credit card authorizations, one for the deposit and one for $1300 to cover the rest of the half. I was looking for a newsletter on behalf of numerous sites. This company is a complete scammer. Supposedly the guy is either in Brazil, Japan... and when skipping out on you says he's in Europe. This person sells a newspaper script that you embed on your website. It only sends to your subscribers ONCE. In the scam, it requires you to donate on PAYPAL to get tech support. Once you get tech support for your donation, you are asked to get more for him to fix it. He never does and is chockfull of excuses why not to do it. Dave Abraham scammed me out of $725 for credit reports and deletion of problem on credit reports he said it would take 7 days that was Aug 27, 2010 and now its Oct 25, 2010 and nothing has been done. Babies r us needs to stop hiring high school dropouts. We opened a baby registry with them in the above location and when we asked a store assistant about some product details - while employee was answering our question the manager "Amanda" stops by and tells us that we are not allowed to get assistance for more than 5 mins. If we have more questions we should call the online help desk. What was that about. We were so insulted by this we cancelled our registry with them and went with target. Good luck to babies r us.
