They reply to emails fast, and even open up accounts with alternative payment processors if you are not feeling safe about Pay Pal or Western Union (they opened one at AlertPay as that is what I use). Well I am thoroughly pisses off. I acquired my WildBlue ISP thru Dishnet. It seems that the $199.00 that was supposed to be a refundable deposit for the equipment, now mysteriously 31 months later has turned into a one time lease fee which is now non-refundable. This company tried to take money out of Wells Fargo account back in 2008. I caught and stopped it. They were sending past due but I called them to tell them I canceled it. Now just recently my Finger Hut account was getting billed for it. I paid no attention to the bills because I knew my balance and had auto pay. I open up this last bill and found out the have been charging my FingerHut account withourt my permission. We are using airtel prepaid service for my mobile in chennai. I have paid 1 year payment for caller tune. After 6 months, i found out that there was a big advertisement was playing before my caller tune and no one is able to hear my caller tune. I purchased the Gambler King size cigarette making machine in early Nov., 2010. I was told to hang on to the receipt in case it breaks or I have any trouble. Carpet & upholstery cleaning I called the same company, that we dealt with last year & booked an appointment. They sent Action ChemDry instead to do the job. This company put in a Polris pump using a wrong sized pipe to fit it into the system. They attempted to fix the pump, but the seal in the pump had already been broken causing a massive leak. They had promised a warranty on parts and labor, but once they found out that they had made this mistake they stopped returning calls and hang up on me when I call their business. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they lied and wrote back to the BBB saying that the problem had been resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. I purchased an A.R.E. brand truck cap on September 18 2010 and had it installed on my Tacoma pickup truck. The cap cost over $1500 installed. This is the worst painting company ever. I work as a facilities manager for a major production company in Baltimore and really do not have the time to write complaints, but Brushworks Painting did such a horrible job and was so completely overpriced I had to do something. On top of doing a shoddy job, and not cleaning up drippings on the carpet when they were through (which destroyed it), they showed up late and had the nerve to charge my company for overtime when the job went a little late.
