I was using them for the convenience and promises for too long... Stays away from this reap off company. I was fooled into using them and end up paying twice for almost every shipment that went through. They give a good rate upfront and then unreasonably back charge on anything they can and even cannot. We thought we were dealing with a reputable mover, then they didn't show up with they were hired to do so, their truck broke. They wanted us to rent a truck and they would load and unload. Half way thru the loading they started complaining, so we told them to load everything and they could leave, we would unload. Every piece of furniture we own was either scratched, broken or damaged. CONTINGENT is not at all good at paying their debts to field engineers. A signed agreement is required by them before being dispatched to the client site. The terms are "60 days", however, what they do not inform folks of is that your pay date can fluctuate as they wish or see best fits THEIR needs with no concern whatsoever to the soldiers in the field and the family needs in regards to financial obligations...as it stands for me personally, I find that invoices are 120 days or more. Same experience as last complainer. They seem to have a pattern in the way they over-bill. Lots and lots of fake calls everymonth for which they charge and claim it's not their fault if the number they gave to the customer supposedly gets calls from random numbers and customer has to pay for them. Someone called my cell phone collect from a payphone in Florida. I am in Ohio. After asking for a credit card number, which I supplied in order for the call to go through, the call was dropped. I made an agreement with Sean Nolan to purchase a vehicle that NTS sells as a sideline. I sent Sean Nolan a $750.00 deposit. 3 days after receiving my deposit, Sean Nolan lists the same vehicle for sale on ebay. I called the clearinghouse listed as agent on the bill, and they have stated they will credit our account in 1 to 2 billing cycles, and they will block this company from charging on our bill. DO NOT USE!! I hired for a driveway and was promised binder and top coat. 1st they took deposit right away and promised to start right away. They ripped out my old driveway and left it. Tried wireless service, Northern Virginia. First modem defective, Clear sent replacement quickly, which worked, but network is third the speed of Comcast with $8/month savings (100 vs 300K up, 300 down vs. 1000). So called and cancelled within first week. Returned the model at my expense and have Postal Service return receipt. Next monthly charged appeared, none the less, on credit card.
