Sold me a door, which apparently had a manufacturer defect, and the glass failed shortly over 1 year after install. contacted them for a replacement and they strung me along for a full TWO MONTHS "processing" my issue.
Then they finally contacted me and said they would rush me a new door and it should arrive in ONE MONTH!!!
so apparently jeld-wen believes that people are just fine to live several months without a front door. do not trust their warranty, as even if they honor it (which it appeared they were trying to weasel out of) they will take several months. i'm just glad it wasn't winter as i would be frozen solid! read full review »

My daughter called me collect and the automated system asked for my credit card i gave it ans was told my call was being connected. This did not happen there was nothing the line had nothing but silence. My daughter tryed again and the same thing happened. I did not get to talk to her at all. Pre paid cell phone companies need to be look into in the usa. these company are not doing right by the people.
companies like safe link wireless, tracfone and net 10 (all the same company). GIVE HOPE TO LOW INCOME RESIDENCE

I had booked a movers and packers service provider (RELIABLE PACKERS) for moving the old household items from Thane, Maharashtra to Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP. I ordered two mirrors from ATG Stores aka Bassett Mirror Company back in August 2009. It's now May 25, 2010. Both mirrors came damaged but things like that happen so no big deal. Luckily the shipping company caught the damage before they sent it to my house so the shipping company sent them back. So I contacted ATG Stores and they said they would send out two more. The website looks great / professional. BUT BEWARE! Once you pay your money, you never hear from them again. They dont ever answer phone calls, emails, or faxes. As a new customer with Genco Martketplace, our first order incorrect and disappointing. We had placed an order for 2 pallets, 48 boxes of Genco advertised Health & Beauty Aids. With complete trust in Genco, our payment was wired immediately. Upon taking inventory, we discovered 11 boxes of expired, damaged and melted candy and 8 boxes of expired Boost Energy Drink and expired baby formula (photos attached). After serveral discussions with the sales agent, we have unable to get this matter resolved. I was going through my spam box, as I like to remove myself from ad lists I notice I'm getting a lot of e-mail from, to reduce the incoming amount of data coming into my inbox. I happened to notice some Skout thing, and I couldn't find anywhere in the e-mail. I logged into the site with my e-mail address and a password consisted of me randomly pressing keys, and it logged me in. I visited Glen Ivy for the first time in over 50 years and purchased a few specialty services. One was a reflexology treatment for 20 minutes for $49 plus tip. While my treatment lasted the 20 minutes, the technician covered only 1 of 3 body locations advertised to be included in the treatment. After contacting the establishment, the concierge mailed me a $10 gift certificate with an expiration date of just over 90 days. I purchased these pads and they destroyed yes DESTOYED the door of my refrigerator! When I went to take the pad off and replace it it left a hard shell glue that could not be removed with any substance I tried-even nail polish remover, oil, glue goon and paint thinner! Nothing could get this crazy glue like substance off. I nearly cried! I called to state that I had just bought the cordless vacuum and the battery wouldn't charge. I had to explain this three times before the person understood what I was saying. Instead of getting a new battery, I got a charger!

I drove 110 km to purchase the item at another store (Kelsey Drive) only to be told they were out of stock. I was given a rain check - but no cash needed to be paid down on the item. I had listed my motorhome for sell in a my local area. In a matter of days I was called by "Alan" from Classy Autos. He
said they ONLY call folks that have their items priced to sell, and mine was one of those. His company would list the item in several selling venues and also on Ebay. It is so rediculous to have the lights at the momerial drive access to kendall sq, last longer for folks coming over the bridges vs the memorial drive main road. Every morning, it's disaster, accidents waiting to happen when they allow only 5 second lights on the main road and let the other intersecting roads have about 3 minutes with no cars there. the main road is terrible. Whomever designed the light sequence is someone who obviously doesn't travel that road much.

I order service as instructed online by Comcast...thought it was Comcast. Come to learn that we could not get Comcast service at our location (online we were told we could) and in turn did not want the equipment ! Went to local Comast office ... they opened the package... We use QPAY at our metropcs store. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Not only do they want to take money while you process their payments. They do not offer any sort of customer service. The advertise that their services are integrated with our merchant services, however they do not. They upgraded our software so without telling us that it was a version that did not comply with our processing software. This makes us have to log in after everytime we make a payment.
