Google AdWords is frustrating and here's their phone number so you can yell at them - Google AdWords has a poorly designed user interface - it's hard to navigate and slow. Moreover, they do not let you do simple things like change your billing from pre-pay to post pay. The customer service displayed at this store is extremely unacceptable. Every time I visit the store the cashiers and even management are extremely rude. They roll their eyes and one of them had an attitude and almost ran over my 3 year old son's foot with the cart. I bought a living room set they had on sell for $999.00 plus tax, Interst Free for 12 months as long as long as I pay on time. Owner, Wayne Salicrup, crushed a large AC duct when he climbed over it to check the corner of my attic. He told me the roof was leaking with puddling water and rotten wood. He told me to hire a roofer to fix the leak. The roofer found the crushed AC duct and took photos. Another roofer who was small size checked the attic and told me the roof was normal, no leak. It's a rip-off. Gazelle.com quotes high so people send it their stuff. I was quoted $224, they offered $50 once they had the camera. I was quoted $445, you offered $100. People have already sent in their stuff so they are willing to take ridiculously low offers. I registered for Sally Jean's soldering workshop in Chicago. She cancelled the workshop the week of and did not refund my money or respond to repeated requests to do so. I know other participants in the workshop and she has not responded to them or refunded their money either. She effectively defrauded a dozen of us and stole $165. I have used Charter for years, no problems, until yesterday. I use Charter's email, with Outlook. No problems until yesterday. No email would go out, came back with a Charter 550 error. They might have good products but they lack most of the elements to build a solid business-customer relationship. For instance, customers might be told that they will receive a product today while the seller knows that they won't receive it until two weeks after. Moreover, one person might tell customer A that they have a product, while someone else tells the same customer a different story. Due to a change in company direction, one of our locations is closing. I called the customer care center to close this account on Oct 12th and was told that unless I provide articles of corporate dissolution we would have to pay over two thousand dollars in early termination fees.
