These people have been charging my checking account for various amounts for at least 3 months. I am very ill and didn't notice this until after 3 months my account went into over draft, costing me an extra 180 dollars. I purchased a Kyocera Domino cell phone at Metro PCS for $29 plus a fee $10 for changing phones on my existing account of over 8 years. The phone won't hold a charge. These guys came to my house and took out he wrong tree, then told me that they had to charge me to grind out the remaining stump. On top of that they damaged my driveway and left a huge pile of mulch where the tree used to be and tried to charge more to remove it. The incident occurred at 13:00 on June 18. My husband and I walked into the store to look at evening gowns. There were two salespeople (women) in the store. Neither bothered to greet us when we entered the store and neither asked us if we needed any assistance. The young woman at the register didn't look up at all. The couches that were delivered arrived damaged and poorly constructed, and now they refuse to issue a refund even though their own policy states that a full refund will be issued if the furniture is damaged during delivery. I would like to file a complaint against Foothills Tennis Village apartments in Roseville, CA. On June 16-June 17, 2010 the concrete on the property was being re-sealed. A notice was posted around the parking area a day prior, stating which apartment should move his/her car from their assigned parking slot.
