Originally when we started service in 2003 the tank was filled from 0 to 80% capacity of a 120 gallon tank specifically a (420 vertical ASME” with 120 gallon capacity). After years of service with no problems until we called for service on November 6, 2009 the beginning of the cool season. This time the tank was only filled from 0 to 60% capacity. This company is the biggest fraud! Upon paying and being granted access to the donor forum, one finds that the project may have been abandoned and that the software might not work as advertised (or at all, for that matter).
