As other reviewers have mentioned, this company is very defensive if it is suggested that a mistake could be on their end. Also, they do constantly offer the same products over and over again. When choosing products to offer, they do not take shipping costs into account, so often there does not end up being very much of a discount. Especially since they will usually only get off season products or colors that do not sell well. This number has been calling my cell phone for about 2 months now. Mon-Sat, from 7am to 10pm, sometimes later they call. I am not exagerating when I say repeatedly! June 25, 2010 I took my modem into the Time Warner Cable and asked to have my phone and internet cancelled. I went online to view my bill and found I was still being charged for internet.
