I went to Canadian Tire to purchase paint. The girl that helped me had to tint it 3 times but just couldnt get it right. Then she said if I changed from egg shell to a semi latex it would be better. So I did. Then she did another tint test on the paint and she still didnt mix it right. I was charged for opperator assist and a 290 minute phone call that I did not make. I have never used AT&T for anything. I have Verizon for my unlimited local and long distance phone calls however At&t is claiming I am using them for my long distance calls which is incorrect. In June 2008, I cancelled my internet service with Verizon, yet I was billed incorrectly $94.99. I placed an online order for some small parts, which easily fit into a standard flat rate USPS box, postage of $4.90. In the final step of checkout, the shipping charges popped up at more than $25. I'm very displeased with the cross spray I ordered. The cross was all white and nothing else with it. I paid an extra $10.00 for a "Beloved Uncle" banner and the picture online had red roses draped across the cross. None of that arrived as ordered. I will not order from Honest Flowers.com ever again. I ordered a used textbook from Barnes and Noble title Grammar by Diagram by Cindy Vitto. The description said that the book was in "very good" condition, which means no writing, highlighting, or page damage. This book had much wear, dog-eared pages, and writing on nearly every page! On Friday 12 February we were on the M1 South near the Houghton off ramp. We noticed a bus driving dangerously close to a mercedes in the fast land - it was peak hour traffic. The bus kept getting closer and when the other driver wouldnt pull over (they couldnt) he swerved into our land behind us. Their McAfee security software allowed a trojanfakeav.b to get into my computer. It was able to not only to shut down the Microsoft anti-virus protection but also the McAfee protection as well. I have a contract with Tmobile since 2005. I have often used call forwarding from my phone to the other phone when I am not available. However, this time I got a big bill from them for callwarding charge of 45 cents/min. I called and complained about the bill but they didn't take the overcharge off my bill. They said I only have 500 minutes I can use for my callforwarding. I asked them to show me where in the contract said that. Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13.
