I received my phone bill yesterday and to my surprise was a charge from Telelink. I have never heard of them, so I have been trying to call for 3 hours now and a recording comes that they are too busy to take any calls. Apparently I have found out this was a prison call which i did hear on my voice mail a week later (Vacation) They billed me $5.65 and no one was here to receive it nor do i know anyone in prison/jail. I have tried to call their customer service number for months, since Dec 2009 and can never get through. Once in months of trying after hours I got through to an actual person who siad the billing department was closed. I explained to tham that I had been trying for months and if he could have some one call me. That was more than a month ago (today is 2/24/2010). I have still to hear back from them. The company has a name of Funmobile, MobileFu or CSW. Its name varies, but service is same: robbing money from customers (actually not its customers but customers of T-mobile, AT&T etc). I have seen a lot of complaints out there. The company usually sends out messages to your phone telling you to register its service with pin code and some reminders. I bought a Magic Jack which I never used from their infomercial and it quoted a 12..oo dollar charge and for 19.00 more you could extend it fo an extra year. I bought this product last year and despite all the good things that I hear about it, the company does a terrible job hiring door-to-door salespeople to sell the product. Do not get me wrong; not all of the people hired have had drug possession convictions, grand theft auto convictions, and insurance fraud convictions. Some of them are actually decent people. Most people do not understand that most pet meds are manufactured from companies out side the U.S. and then get upset when the order take a while to arrive. Troy the sales guy is a fast talker that makes up what he doesn't know, then provides countless excuses for poor quality, jerry-rigged work. I purchased a cell phone from N1Wireless. It arrived 4/21/09. The phone is defective. I have followed the process provided on N1Wireless site for requesting a RA number. I have submitted my request twice, since 4/23 but have not received a response. I have sent 2 emails, left 1 voice message and now I am reaching a recording saying the mailbox is full.
