It appears as if they do not care or either got too busy for me. Fleurent Fuel Co. in Southern Maine is a dishonest and immoral company. When we bought our first house, we hired them to deliver our heating oil, and signed up for a keep fill option so we would not run out. Our first fill was on December second 2009. I purchased 9 steel trusses from Reid Steel Truss and there are clips welded to the lower cord of each truss for braces that tie the trusses together. On 7 of the 9 trusses these clips align perfectly, but on 2 of them they are out of alignment so badly the braces can't be put in. I contacted Gary Reid and told him of the problem and he said he would send the clips I needed and he would pay someone to weld them on. This company is a fraud. I signed up with them in November, 2009. After I made my first international call, I received the bill in December right before the holidays. We purchased awnings from Sunair several years ago. The awnings are noisy with squeaks and rattles and at times do not operate properly. We have contacted Sunair numerous times, only to have them put the problem off onto their dealer in the area. When we contacted Sunair last, they stated that, "the awnings are now out of warranty". When we stated that we had reported problems to them within the warranty period, they stated that, 'it is no longer our problem." I ordered a vase from this company back in October of 2009 for around $200. The vase was basically a piece of garbage. There were blobs of paint smudged all over it. I would've gotten a much better quality item from walmart for $20. The company has a ridiculously strict return policy. When I called 800-992-2694, I believed I was dealing with Comfort Inns reservation center to make a hotel reservation. I asked for the government rate of $70, but was told the rate was $89. They have complaints and law suits against them by the Federal Communications COmmission. They have complaints against them filed with the Federal Trade Commission. I have never heard of them, so I have been trying to call for 3 hours now and a recording comes that they are too busy to take any calls.
