I signed up for this website, because it had, what I thought, was a great deal. I read the fine print, and it did say that they would share some of your info with sponsors/partners. However, I didn't know that included my credit card number. I had several charges on my card, and had no idea where they came from. On this month's bill for my landline (AT&T) I noticed a new charge for "Residential Voicemail Monthly Service Fee." When I called the company (Enhanced Services Billing Inc.), I was told that my wife had signed up for this. She satates she never did this. The company quickly offered to back out the charge. I bought a Ridgid Lithium Ion drill less that a year ago. Loved the drill, used it sparingly, now all of a sudden it has all kinds of problems. I tried to take it back to home depot and they tell to take it to a service center over an hour away. I contacted the service center and they tell me there are all kinds of problems with the lithium ion drill and battery. Luckily ridgid has a lifetime service agreement on the drill otherwise it would be tough luck. If anybody is considering buying a Ridgid cordless power tool I would be very reluctant. Lingo is selling "Unlimited" calling plan but they actually lie. They limit the calls to 5000 minutes and on top of it they have hidden residential usage requirement that limits your calling number to 6. I just found out that ESBI 888-302-3724 has been processing a voicemail service fee on my Qwest phone bill since 10-20-2008. I never ordered their services.
