Mem Rewards is what my statement says that dipped in the till without permission.They say i signed up for this rewards program when i had made a purchase back in may of 2009. They took 36.00 from my net spend debit card 6 mo. later and i had never used this service and am sure i had canceled this kinda thing. They said it would never happen again if i pay 14.75 to put a cancel on this account. No refund and i was forced to cancel out this debit card because i can't trust loading funds on it anymore. On December 17th I placed an order for 5 Christmas gifts to be sent from Figis. Smart Tuition uses unethical billing practices. They mail invoices late, do not inform customer of late fee's being applied and take multiple days to process a payment and then call it late. March 2008, I set up my home internet connectivity via Verizon Wireless, as I had no dial-up where I live. They sent me an aircard (Novatel V720 to be exact) and for 19.5 months, everything worked pretty OK. We stopped by this so called hotel to spend a night on a business trip. I received a nightshirt for christmas from someone in another province. It was too big and I did not have a receipt. When I went to do an exchange there was not another nightshirt like it.
