The BT business broadbrand service has been unavilable for over one month! have been sent 3 new HUB systems to my one business to correct the technical problem, this has failed on three different occasstions. I want to cancell the contract on the bt broadbrand service on a whole! have been told there will be a direct charge of £500, which will cover the rest of the 20 months remaining on the24 month contract. Not happy with this cancellation fee charge under the circumstances of being given a bad service for 1 month, and being a new customer since Septemer 2009! read full review »

Mem Rewards is what my statement says that dipped in the till without permission.They say i signed up for this rewards program when i had made a purchase back in may of 2009. They took 36.00 from my net spend debit card 6 mo. later and i had never used this service and am sure i had canceled this kinda thing. They said it would never happen again if i pay 14.75 to put a cancel on this account. No refund and i was forced to cancel out this debit card because i can't trust loading funds on it anymore. Smart Tuition uses unethical billing practices. They mail invoices late, do not inform customer of late fee's being applied and take multiple days to process a payment and then call it late. The BBB lists 40 complaints in the last 36 months, most of them regarding billing. Don't allow your school to use them. read full review »

For the past three months now I have been getting charged $14.95 a month for something that I have no knowledge of. I have contacted century-link formerly century-tel and they have told me only what was listed on my billing statement. They also could not give a number for the company called ideal savings this is serious BS. So for what it's worth watch what you do regarding century-link and or ideal savings. They sent me an aircard (Novatel V720 to be exact) and for 19.5 months, everything worked pretty OK. I requested a change of address and phone number on our yellowpages.com ad for at least 2 months since we moved to our new location and all we get are deaf ears. We are paying for the ads and not getting the results we would like. I spoke to numerous managers in several department and all we got is a run-around. Nothing gets done after 2 months. I ordered a welcome mat from this place in early Nov. well ahead of time for Christmas, and got a confirmation email with order number and total charges. Never received item and never got an answer from their customer service email. The email letter was the only way I could find to communicate to them. (no phone listed) I looked at my credit card statement and have not yet been charged for this item, so I'll just alert the credit company not to allow this charge. We stopped by this so called hotel to spend a night on a business trip. Their rates shown online as $34 and they charged me $70 for a single night single room, At the check in they required cash and the reception person was very disrespectful. We went upstairs to see the room they gave us, and found out it was absolutely disgusting inside, very bad stinky smell.Even my dogs house 100% more cleaner than that.
