ATT wireless sold me a lemon used phone (LG Neon) with a scramble image issue on the screen, from the start. This was a drop off package from the ATT that left outside my house. In 09 i refinanced my house for a lower interest rate. On my third payment to Wells Fargo I noticed that there was an added charge of $39.74 for what is called "Optional Products / Accidental Death Insurance" on further investigation I discoverd that on September 13, 2006 a telemarketer had pruportedly called and sold me this policy and it was put on my old loan, they then with out my authorization put it on my new loan. I live in a small town in CO located on the Eastern plains. The only gas company that can deliver service to this area is Black Hills Energy. Up until about 2 months ago, I never had a problem. Just thinking about all the problems and headaches dealing with Innovative Merchants gets my blood pressure up, and I am mild mannered laid back person. I sure hope they are profitable for their shareholders because they run their customer service and risk management department so lean that you can never get anyone to call you back or respond to your request. The golf clubs were counterfeit. On top of that they were bad obvious copies. Thier 30 day satisfaction guarantee is WORTHLESS. They will respond quickly when you are going to spend money but if you have a problem they stall and delay for weeks at a time. Signed up for a free trial after reading ALL terms and conditions, then I had to CALL to cancel my membership and when I did they said that I hadn't signed up for the free trial, that they "don't even offer a free trial". I literally was on the membership for 10 minutes and they said the best they could do was credit me 50% of my money back since there was a misunderstanding on my part. I hired Simply Safer Lawn Fertilizers, out of Wrentham, Massachusetts, to fertilize my lawn. They are the worst. They showed up a day late, were on my lawn for 10 minutes, left fertilizer and lime all over the driveway and sidewalk, and didn't kill any weeds like they said they would. In my opinion, Smart Carpet sells a low quality product and does not stand behind their warranty. Below is an edited letter sent to the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey that explains the complaint. The rug in question is at this time still less than 1 year old. We purchased two pet condos in espresso finish. These pet condos also function as end or accent tables. They require assembly. It took us about an hour to assemble each table.
